CHESTERFIELD — Hopewell resident Rasean D. Lane, 23, was sentenced 90 days, all suspended, on charges stemming from an incident at the Target in Chester on April 1.

A female customer at the Target on Weir Road was in the dressing room and noticed a hand holding a cell phone from under the stall door. When confronted, the man walked away and left the store.

Police were able to locate the suspect after releasing a photo from video surveillance at the Target and Lane was arrested on May 26 and charged with filming a nonconsensual nude person.

Lane pleaded no contest and agreed to a plea deal, which would amend the charge to trespassing, and sentenced him 90 days with all suspended as long as he does not have any contact with the victim in the incident.
